As part of WSDOT’s new southbound Interstate 5 Puyallup River Bridge in Tacoma, WA, V Van Dyke’s crew brought in the girders including a record breaking 223 ft long girder that weighed over 246,500 lbs.

The new bridge will play a major role in easing congestion and improving mobility on a section of Interstate 5 in Tacoma and Fife.
